About Ludovico
Ludovic is the creator of Wild Atelier Floral, based in Villon, in the heart of Burgundy, a small bucolic village which gave its name to the famous poet.
After a Parisian career in the world of Luxury, tired of the routine of his work and of urban life, he resigned, obtained the diploma of artisan florist, and after various experiences with professionals, moved to Yonne and created his workshop there.
"When I started to imagine my future workshop, I thought a lot about my own experience as a customer and what I liked or disliked when I bought flowers. The profession of florist is changing, we see new practices, new styles appear, which put the artistic and the invention in the foreground, and I think it is a great chance to be in this environment just at this moment. So I started from my observations and my tastes to propose what is "the spirit of Wild". I thought to myself: how can I bring poetry? How can I dream?"
Inspired by nature and by the hiking he does regularly, Ludovic intuitively detaches himself from classic and rigid shapes and abandons the round bouquet for free and wild compositions, in which he often mixes the most elaborate and subtle plants with the most humble and simple elements, gleaned from the countryside surrounding .
